Grilled Cajun Salmon

Salmon fillets coated in a Cajun Marinade…

Looking for a light but tasty meal.  We are salmon lovers and we decided to try a new recipe.  Side items were Red Beans & Rice, Candied Yams, and Okra with Tomatoes and Corn Mix.  Oh yeah I’m a star!  You will be too…

 

Ingredients

4 x 175g (6oz) salmon fillets
4 tsp Cajun Seasoning
2 tbs olive oil
1 lemon, juice only

Preparation

30 mins Cook Time

Wipe the salmon fillets with kitchen paper.

Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the salmon. If possible, leave to marinade for 20 minutes.

Cook over the bbq or grill for 10 minutes and serve with vegetables if you wish. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
