Christine Stark is an award-winning writer and visual artist of American Indian (Anishinaabe/Cherokee) and European heritage. Her essays and poetry have appeared in numerous anthologies and periodicals, She co-edited Not for Sale, an international anthology on sexual violence and she co-researched and co-authored “Garden of Truth: The Prostitution and Trafficking of Native Women in Minnesota”. SNickels: A Tale of Dissociation, was a 2011 Lambda Literary finalist.
