Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This internship is particularly dedicated to helping streamline processes and digitize and publish information for more brand visibility and to facilitate marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management:
    • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
    • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  2. Administrative Support:
    • Check the website and social feedback and handle replies and reactions or redirect to the relevant department.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and handle correspondence.
    • Schedule appointments and meetings.
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required to list and visualize processes.
    • Transcribe podcasts using recommended tools and edit and post ensuing transcripts.
  3. Data Management:
    • Create or Edit Maintain and update filing systems database records such as podcasts dataset and client and vendors.
    • Manage databases and records.
  4. Travel and Event Coordination:
    • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff.
    • Assist in planning company events and meetings.
  5. Client and Vendor Relations:
    • Greet and assist clients and visitors.
    • Manage vendor relationships and orders.

 Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role.

  2. On-Air Support: Provide support during live broadcasts, including managing technical equipment, ensuring smooth transitions, and troubleshooting any on-air issues.
